Delivery and Pickup Policy

This policy explains how Pearl's Pot handles fulfillment schedules, delivery limitations, pickup timing, customer responsibilities, and service delays.

1. Order Fulfillment Options

Pearl's Pot may offer pickup, delivery, or both depending on the current store schedule, operational capacity, and service availability.

2. Service Availability

Delivery and pickup services may change depending on store hours, order volume, traffic, weather, staffing, holidays, or technical issues.

Pearl's Pot may limit or refuse certain requests when reasonably necessary for safety, quality control, or business operations.

3. Store Hours and Processing Time

Orders are processed only during Pearl's Pot operating hours. Orders placed outside store hours may be reviewed during the next available business period.

4. Scheduled Orders

If the platform allows a preferred date or time to be selected, that selection is treated as a requested schedule unless Pearl's Pot confirms otherwise.

  • Requested schedules remain subject to store capacity and actual operations.
  • Time slots may be adjusted if demand, stock, or staffing requires it.
  • If no schedule is chosen, the earliest available fulfillment time may be used.

5. Pickup Policy

For pickup orders:

  • customers should arrive within a reasonable period after pickup confirmation or readiness notice
  • customers may be asked to present transaction details or identifying information
  • Pearl's Pot is not responsible for quality changes caused by delayed collection
  • unclaimed orders may be treated as completed, expired, or non-refundable depending on the situation

6. Delivery Policy

For delivery orders:

  • customers must provide complete and accurate address details
  • customers must remain reachable through the provided contact number
  • delivery times are estimates only and may change due to real-world conditions
  • certain locations may be outside service coverage or may not be safely serviceable

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing the correct name, number, and address
  • ensuring that a recipient is available to receive the order
  • responding promptly to calls or messages related to the order
  • reviewing the selected schedule and order details before submission

8. Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered failed if:

  • the address is incomplete, wrong, or unserviceable
  • the customer cannot be contacted within a reasonable time
  • the order cannot be handed over safely
  • the recipient refuses to receive the order without valid reason

In such cases, Pearl's Pot may cancel the order or apply its refund and cancellation rules.

9. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges, when applicable, may depend on location, distance, rider arrangement, or current operational conditions. Fees may change when reasonably necessary.

10. Delays

Pearl's Pot will use reasonable efforts to fulfill orders on time, but exact delivery or pickup times are not guaranteed.

Delays may happen because of:

  • high order volume
  • traffic and road conditions
  • weather and emergency conditions
  • inventory or kitchen limitations
  • technical or communication problems
  • events beyond our reasonable control

11. Manual GCash Verification and Fulfillment

For manual GCash QR payments, order fulfillment may remain subject to staff payment verification. Pearl's Pot may delay confirmation, preparation, or release of an order until the payment review is completed.
